Hi Lisa,

Which thread is it that you are trying to view? If you could post a link, that would make it a lot easier for myself or someone else to help find a solution.

If you haven't already done so, I would also recommend trying a different browser to see whether or not the full post appears on there. If you're running on Safari, I believe you can even reset the browser in user preferences.
