I am currently using 3 Trepline 25mg tablets a day, but would like to go on Ziaban to stop smoking.
Can this be done? I was on Ziaban previously and would have stopped smoking, the only thing was that I had this dreadfull anger. I was not using an anti depressant at the time.

The Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant and coupling it with the Buproprion in the Zyban can create a risk of seizures, it can also increase the concentrations of Amitriptyline that is absorbed in your body. Thus, the dosages have to be very carefully calculated and your doctor must monitor you during the usage of them.
