Trepiline Dopaquel And Lexamil

Hie I'm taking trepine dopaquel and lexamil. I am 13weeks pregnant and what I want to know is why am I having these terrible headaches at night as long stopped taking them the minute I found out I was pregnant. .but now my gyne reckons I can go back and take it. .is it safe for my pregnancy? Please help
