Treatment For Urine Infection

The pain in the bladder area is like strong pricks, pins or cramps. It is continuous all the day and sometimes I can't sleep on my abdomen side because of the pain, in addition to the burning during urination. The second thing I want to know about, is which medicine I can take for treating burning during urination that I can use long term? I will be so grateful.
