Trazodone? Mp 118 Pill Id

In my bottle of Trazodone I found a lot of other pills mixed with my Trazodone with MP 118 on the pill. Can you tell me what this pill is?

Just to confirm, I located the pill marking MP 118 to be Trazodone HCL (50 mg). The drug database notes it to be white though and not tan. It is manufactured by Mutual Pharmaceutical Company, Inc.
