Trazine H Take Or Not

i take a one tablet in night since 4 years now i would like to stop it so please advise me

ME AND MY WIFE ARE USING trazine H and serenace 0.25 mg since last one year.and both of us have gained 10 to 12 kg weight over the period of time even after doing regular exercise and diet. The problem which we had gone for is not solved.I still get that much only paranoid and angry on her any action of inter acting with male gender,feel very inseccured and at times the anger stays for two to three days after having a big fight or may be physical abuse.things are broken.it hasn't helped me at all plus i am a cholestrole patient so being over weight will create other problems for me.what should be done to conrol all this please advise.
