Trazadone And Testing Positive For Mdma

I live in a dry house. 3 days ago I got a random drug test. It came back positive for MDMA. Is this possible when I’m taking 300mg of Trazodone and 50mg of Phenergan?

Trazodone's active and primary metabolite is meta-Chlorophenylpiperazine (mCPP), a drug that is sometimes used as an ingredient in formulations of X. The mCPP is probably what triggered the false positive.
