I have been taking trazadone for 2 weeks for sleeping 25mg-50mg a day. I last had 25mg at 23.30 last night and would like to drink this evening frlm 7pm. Obviously I wont take my trazadone tonight but will I be okay to drink? Will it be out of my system? Thanks.

It is best not to mix it will alcohol, even by skipping the next dose. It can aggravate the side effects, making you experience more nausea, dizziness and drowsiness than usual.
However, if your doctor approves of your imbibing, please make sure that you will not be driving or operating heavy machinery.
The FDA lists the other typical side effects of this medication as possibly including dry mouth, headache and weight changes.
