Travelling With Kineret

Has anyone had experience with travelling while on Kineret. We are flying internationally, then catching a connecting flight. How do I keep the Kineret at the optimal temperature for 16 hours? Any advice would be appreciated.

Many drug stores, both on and offline, carry devices just for this. Some of them use chargeable battery packs to keep the medications chilled and others are just special cold storage packs that are meant to last a long time.

I'd suggest asking your pharmacist about them as they likely know where you can buy them.
