Tramadol Labeled As Gabapentin

I contacted the pharmacy that I have used for tramadol the last year or so to see if they were still offering tramadol. I was told they would ship me the same med for the same price but it would now be labeled as gabapentin instead. Has anyone else come across this and actually recieved tramadol? I've been with this pharmacy for awhile but I don't know if it's dependable with the changes last month. What does everyone think?

Hi Missy,

As far as the pharmacy labeling Tramadol as Gabapentin, there's no logical reason for them to do that unless they're trying to hide something. I mean, why not just leave it blank or write Tramadol on the bottle instead of putting a misleading label on it, ya know? I'm assuming that you're not ordering your meds legally with a valid prescription? If you were, this probably wouldn't even come up as an issue.

With that said, might I ask what is holding you back from going to see a doctor and getting a legitimate prescription to fill? Seems like a much easier route than always having to guess if your order is correct. Just my opinion anyways.

Hi Missy,
The site I had been ordering before has been sending me emails (almost daily) offering Gabapentin saying its a public supply type of medicine. The way they're posting it makes me think perhaps they're trying to sell Tramadol but with a Gabapentin label. I've spoken with Roxane before and she seems very nice. Has this happened to you?
