My tramadol is blank on one side and "AN627" on the other. Does it contain aspirin?

No, this tablet contains just 50mgs of Tramadol, an analgesic, the active ingredient in Ultram.

Tramadol is also not available coupled with Aspirin, it is only available coupled with Acetaminophen, as a generic or under the brand name Ultracet.

It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.
