I had been taking 150mg of tramadol and had only two 50mg of tramadol left so I took it with only 10mg of oxycodone. I need to know is it safe to take 100mg of tramadol with one 10mg of oxycodone?

They are both classified as opiates, so you may experience more side effects than normal, which the FDA lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, and constipation.
However, there could also be a risk of overdose, if you are not opiate tolerant. In the future, it would be best not to combine them, unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
