Tramadol Shortage (Page 2)

Does anyone know of a pharmacy with tramadol available? I tried ordering it but everyine keeps telling me its out of stock and not available until after the holidays. I run out of my rx today and can't wait until after the holidays so any help is appreciate it.

Did you go to the hospital for the seizure? You should ask for your Dr for anti-seizure meds

I agree with you. Doing something ridiculous like that will only ruin it for the rest of us. One more way to bring the online pharmacies down so no one can get them.

I'm here with you guys. Placed an order on December 5th and all I've gotten was the "your order had been processed" email...then nothing. I call everyday but the call center is in India and all they do is read from a printed answer sheet. Not really addressing my problem except to say that there is a shortage and they are shopping for a pharmacy. I do know that a couple of pharmacies were shut down. A couple of big ones here in the US. We'll see what happens. I feel you guys on the withdrawl. It's getting better but not much. And my back is killing me.

Why are all sites only allowing us to order 90 pills instead of 180 pills?

What is the deal? Every single website is like this. It advertises 180, but when you click on it to order, it takes you to another page where it shows the max to purchase is 90 pills.

Can anyone elaborate on this???

Still not receiving any orders from HSN or cartadmin sites. Even though sites are saying they are accepting new orders as of today (Dec 26). This is a nightmare. Has anyone had an order ship yet?

Not yet but I do know that there is a pretty bad storm and a lot of the pharmacies that they use are closed today because of it. I'm trying to get ahold of someone at rxstore but can't get thru. I'll let you know if I hear anything.

Hey everyone, just wanted to let yall know I had an order from from the Dec 18th. Just abou an hour ago send me a shipping email with tracking number. I cant say if you put in an order today that it would be shipped out soon I might just be in the back order group. Ill give you more details if you want privately, Im a newbie to this site just FYI.

placed an order with the cartadmin site and went through the processed stage and approved but no movement since. This was a site that supposedly had stock but I guess not. Im ready to cancel and get my $150 back because I am pissed off that they charged that much to begin with. HSN isn't moving anything either, they only take orders. Cadence is the only source at the moment that appears to be possibly supplying. They are using LD 3 pharm dba Troy Pharmacy (the pharm that was popped in NJ and Pa). I will update my situation when receipt actually happens. Its off to the ER for me for a temp supply. street cost is too rich for my blood. speaking of Rich, he is responding and taking orders.

I'm glad to get more information from the people here as I too placed an order on the 18th and it went through fine (and charged my card, received a processing email) but it hasn't shipped yet. This is good news that some orders are finally shipping now. The way eztramadol.com tried to remove the contact number from their site was complete crap as well. Nothing like having no way to contact the person that took your money. I have their number and it goes to voicemail every day.

Very weak stuff to pull on regular purchasers I think.

Was it from one of the HSN or cartadmin sites? I don't even know if there are any others out there! LOL Good to know that something might be moving again though.

Just got my tracking # for tramadol order from Dec 24th. A much older order I have from a cartadmin site is still doing nothing. But this is very good news. Maybe things are starting to move.

I think the lawyers will try but it is unlikely that they will be successful unfortunately. Here are the facts.
- Tramadol is a generic of the J&J drug Ultram. J&J petitioned (and continues to petition) to keep this off the DEA Scheduled drugs list as it helps sales not to be considered DEA controlled.
- Many have walked into its use thinking it is a non-schedule drug but physical addiction is far worse than narcotics.
-About 15-20 states have moved it to schedule IV on their formulary because it is so addictive
-With the attention it's getting it will likely become a Schedule IV Controlled substance within the next year or so. Docs will be hesitant to write long term Rx's for it.
-Most internet site have a box in their questionnaire stating "My primary physician is aware I am ordering this drug; Y or N". Since most people on using it chronically are doing so aside from their primary physicians, the small print in the final agreement statement confirming truthful compliance will help get the internet companies off the hook.
I've been through it and tapering is the smart way to go until you get it down to a low level and there are docs that specialize in detox. Good luck-

I placed an order on 12-10-12 ...same thing, it was processed and approved within hours of ordering but then the "shortage" bs started. Then they started saying the order was being moved to another pharmacy that could fill it. Now - of all days to get a tracking number - they provided one on Christmas Day. It is scheduled to be delivered today. Advice to fall back on - go to your pet's vet... You can get Tramadol 50mg 100 count for about $8.
