Tramadol, Norcos, Vistaril, Gabapentin Gave A False Positive

I take Tramadol, Vistaril, Norco, and Gabapentin but recently i tested positive for amphetamines, benzodiazepenes, and Oxycodone. Is that possible?

Well visteral is benzo, the amphimatines must be cmn from robitussin, but tramadol and norco are not oxycodone.
