Tramadol L194

I have a white pill of Tramadol with no scoring, and L194 on one side. Does anyone know what strength it is?

THIS IS NOT TRAMADOL ! Famotidine , which is antacid (NDC 0904-5780 ). nausea , dizziness, stomach pain and dry mouth. Polyethylene Glycol , Unspecified Titanium Dioxide Tramadol , but there is none listed in the databases with this marking. The Tramadol tablets with the L logo on them have the numbers 011 and 012 on them. DailyMed
