Lowered blood pressure isn't on the list of adverse effects for Tramadol, however if you only experienced this side effect while taking Tramadol, then more than likely it is the drug. (it would also be imperative to check if your dietary habits were in order when you checked your blood pressure).

On another note, if you are referring to the indications of Tramadol: It is used for treating moderate to moderately severe pain. The drug has a wide range of applications, including treatment for restless leg syndrome, acid reflux, and fibermyosis. Hypertension is not listed as one of the uses.

NO IT WILL NOT IT WILL RAISE IT I HAVE TO WATCH MY BP BECAUSE I TAKE TRAMADOL MYSELF. SO BE CAREFUL. IT IS GREAT FOR PAIN THOUGH AND I HAVE NO FEELING OF HIGH OR WITHDRAWS IN THE MORNING OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT AND IF I LEAVE THEM HOME AND WE ARE GOING ON A 3 HOUR ROUND TRIP I MIGHT HURT BEFORE I GET HOME BUT I AM NOT TRIPPING BECAUES I DONT HAVE THEM. I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE PUT ME ON THESE 10 YEARS AGO INSTEAD OF PERCOCET AND ALL THOSE NARCOTICS I BELIEVE ARE HIGHLY ADDICTIVE AND EVENTUALLY WILL CONTROL YOU I PROMISE
