I took a total of 4 tramadol on sunday and today is tuesday I had my drug test today i was wondering is it serious of it came back and they saw it was in my system? I took them for my knee but forgot to tell them this and am afraid it will keep me from getting the job. What should i do? Should I call them and let them know or just wait until they get ahold of me?

Tell them my boyfriend got tested and he came up positive for opiates.
