Hello, Steven! How are you?
No, you should not exceed the dosage recommended by your doctor, when it was prescribed.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Is there anything else I can help with?
As per my knowledge and whatever i have read about tramadol dosage differ according to age, gender and pains. For Tramadol 50mg prescribed dosage is every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain.
