Round white pill with COR 127, is this Tramadol 50 mg?

My doctor perscribe this pain medication to me, and on the information sheet it says before using this medicine: if you have a history of xxx, xxxx,xxxx, or a seizure disorder (eg, epilepsy). Medical Condition may interact with this medicine. My question is-- does my personal care provider get a list of medications I can and cant take with my past history conditions and current signs and symtoms? All info from pt. is loged into computer system for a reason right? To get to what the condition is and to find the right medication? I am wondering why I was sent home with meds that almost killed me?????

Yes, a white round pill with COR 127 markings is Tramadol 50 mg (NDC 65162-0127). This pill seems to be discontinued.

Inactive Ingredients:

- Hypromellose
- Lactose Monohydrate
- Magnesium Stearate
- Microcrystalline Cellulose
- Polyethylene Glycol
- Polysorbate 80
- Pregelatinized Starch
- Sodium Starch Glycolate
- Titanium Dioxide
