i suffering diarrhoea due to side effect of TOVOK tablet, should i stop it or suggest some medicine for diarrhoea.

Here in Italy is quite impossible to get tovok, and i'm desperately looking for it it 'cos after three years of great results of Iressa, now cancer is growing again, and it's still in the lung but i hope isn't goin' to run far away fast. I've noticed a link in this website, called selleckchem.com. Am I already mad or they sell Tovok online? please someone help me. Thanx

I have been prescribed the drug for a painful knee.I have no other reaction but the urine gets depp red colour.Has anyone observed this?

Tovok is in Phase III clinical development for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); it is being evaluated as a first line therapy (i.e. from diagnosis) for patients with tumour EGFR mutations, and as a third line therapy (i.e. after failure of two prior therapies) for patients whose cancer has progressed following treatment with either Iressa or Tarceva.

Typical side effects associated with EGFR inhibitors like Tovok tend to include skin rash and diarrhoea, but the exact side effect profile of Tovok has not yet been established.
