Toviaz Stops Working

I have oab for about 3-4 years now and I have been take toviaz for that time. During my vacation I need to urinate a lot, but I never consumed that much liquid. When I got back towards the afternoon I'd have my symptoms of oab come back. Now I take toviaz and only feel the side affects and I have the urge to urinate all the time. Is this still oab? Or something else, or is it just time for a new oab drug?

It is really hard to say, how much liquid did you consume?

What side effects are you experiencing? The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and blurry vision.

Are you on any other medications?

No other side effects. Now when I take the medication the side effects aren't there. I even tried other oab meds and I dont get any side effects. It's just like taking a sugar tablet, but lately my testicles started to hurt, yet there is no infection. I had bloodwork done and such. I do empty my bladder as well.
