Topiramate Made By Zydus For Weight Loss

I've been prescribed the generic version of Topamax... The mfg. is zydus, but I'm afraid to take them after reading a lot of bad reviews... Has anyone been successful with this pill and mfg.?

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and weight changes.
