Topical Creme Cause False Positive?

I have recently received 2 different positive results for cocaine and I've never used cocaine in my life. I was on antibiotics for 10 days I also use a tropical creme for pain would this cause the positive urine? I've never had this problem before.

There is a slight, but very real possibility, that it was caused by an ingredient in the topical pain cream you were using.

Do you know what it is called or what its ingredients are?

Many of these contain Lidocaine or similar class anesthetics and they are all distantly related to Cocaine.
