I had one of my back tooth pulled about 6 days ago That had already had a root canal done on it in the pass,I was on anitabitics a few days up to this point, when they pulled it signs do infection was very clear. Felt pretty good for about 3 days after now the tooth or should I say I believe it's the gums are hurting and has been every since. The now have call in this med is this normal and will this help?

What medication did they call in for you? I'm sorry, but you forgot to mention it.
The socket left from a dental extraction will remain sore, for awhile, and takes a bit of time to heal over, and close up.
