Took One Amoxicillin That Was Mislabled

I am in Mexico with food poisoning and a friend gave me what was thought to be an ibuprofen to help with aches but then realized it was actually amoxicillin. Can I take just the one pill or should I take a course of them?

There shouldn't be any issue, unless your doctor feels otherwise. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

Has there been any change? How are you feeling now? Are you on any other medications?
