Took Hydrocodone But Drug Test Coming Up Soon

So I take suboxone and I relapsed this week, last night in fact. I know it was stupid of me and I have been clean for over 8 months. I just broke down mentally due to something in my life. It's no excuse but it happened. I don't need to get counseled please. I took 8 10/325 norcos about 11pm Thursday and was told I have a test at 9am Monday. I have a very high metabolism and haven't done anything prior to this. I hate myself for doing this but what is done is done. I am a single dad and cant afford to get cut off from my doc. I simply can't function without it as before I started I took 300-500mg of oxycodone daily. I have done the program perfectly except this fault. Will I still be able to pass my test Monday? I'm scared as if I am off suboxone I will not be able to function as it has been my saving grace and what has helped me keep my job for me and my little girl. I know it was stupid but I am scared as I need this job not only for me but to keep my child fed, clothed and a roof over her head.
