Took My Birth Control An Hour And 19min Late :(

So ive been on birth control for a month and a week now and I always take my pill everyday at the same time, but today I didn't have my cell phone on me with the alarm that reminds me to take it. I then remembered I hadn't taken it and it was an hour and 19min late. Is this considered a missed pill? Should I take another just to be sure? I am sexually active and I had unprotected sex last week. Could I be pregnant? Answers please idk what to do!

That really doesn't matter. It just has to be around roughly the same time. Like early morning, early evening, late night and so on. As long as you took it as soon as you realized you're fine.

Thank you & I have one more question on the instructions of any birth control when you "miss" a dose are they calculating that by days or could it be hours as well?

By "miss" a dose they mean more than a few hours... They mean like if you forget til the next day.

Okay, now is spotting and feeling nauseous all the time normal because ive been felling like this for three days straight. & I also feel like ive been ovulating is that normal?

Yeah nausea is a side effect of BC- if you're still nauseous after the first 3 months I would consider a new brand- I went through just about all of them before I landed on lo loestrin fe- I'm okay on it- and as for the 'missed' pill- my doctor once told me that SHE (emphasizing she because it's just what she told me I don't know how accurate she is)- but she considers 12 hours a missed pill- I asked her once and that was her answer-hope that helps- always ask your doctor though- and if you don't want to make an appt just call up and ask to please speak to a nurse- I've asked them a million questions in the past- they always help!
