Took Cytotec But Did Not Bleed (Top voted first)

I took cytotec at 1am then afyer two hrs until now,no bleeding and im suffering cramping of uterus,does the medicine effective? Should i bleed?

Hello! I also need help. I am 11 weeks pregnant. My first take of cytotec was 13 hours ago. I took four pills orally at 1am and inserted two on my vagina, no bleeding nor cramping. I again took 4 pills orally after three hours, 4am. Until now, there is no bleeding, cramping, nausea or whatever symptoms.
