Took Covance D Bp Medicine Twice In Day

My mother who is near 60 years of age by mistake took Covance D medicine twice in a day. She usually take it OD in morning.
What complications she can develop?
What measures can be taken at home to prevent any drastic fall in BP?
Can a pinch of Sodium Chloride "common table salt" make it safe?
