Been no smoking for 11 months,smoked 43 years. Im 56 years old. I can breath better. Still can drink 8 to 11 beers a night with no cigs. My tongue still gets numb sometimes,went through lots of after side effects of chantix, strong medicine,worked through them. Libido is better, blood flow better, smell better, taste better. Can watch a whole movie without going outside to smoke. 1 more thing, my dog and my wife quit smoking too. No second hand smoke...Keep at it ,it gets better...Hope this helps someone...
