I have fluid on my ears, sinus congestion and headache for which my DR prescribed Z-pack and this Mehylprednisolone pack on yesterday. I got the meds from pharmacy and read instructions yesterday. Woke up this morning thinking I knew how to take the medication - all six pills before breakfast. Without double checking, I took all six pills before breakfast! For some reason I just had it in my head that line one was before breakfast and line two before lunch...etc... I hope I will be ok!

They can be taken, all at once, so there's nothing to worry about, unless your doctor feels otherwise.

But it could cause you to experience more intense side effects, which may include nausea, dizziness, nervousness, irritability and insomnia, as reported by the FDA.

Due to the insomnia, some people do prefer to take them all together in the morning, so they can sleep better.

Is there anything else I can help with?
