Tolerance Level

I was prescribed 15 mg oxycontin 3x per day along with 10 mg oxycodone up to 3x per day. I didn't seem to need to oxycodone at first but a week later I find myself taking it all 3 times. Could I have become tolerant to the 15mg oxycontin already?

I doubt you've developed a tolerance that fast, but your body may have gotten more used to it, so the affect isn't as pronounced as it first was.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
