i'm taking desvel er 250 since 3 years.. i will go to US within 2 months..what i have to do for getting this tablet in US?

This contains the active ingredient Divalproex Sodium and it is available in the U.S. but will require a doctor's prescription. So, you'll need to get yourself set up with a new doctor as soon as possible, after your arrival.
