Hi there,
I have been taking antibiotics for the past five days, with two days remaining in the course of treatment. I developed thrush within the first two days of taking antibiotics. I'm just wondering if I'm able to take a course of fluconazole one now or if I have to wait until I finish the course of antibiotics?

You can take it now, unless your doctor advises otherwise. Some women that are prone to thrush take it with their antibiotics as a preventative.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and stomach pain.
