Tlyenol 3 And Percocet 10/325mg

If I have taken a Tylenol 3 earlier and had no relief, how long do I wait to take a Percocet 10/325mg pill?

See what it says on your Tylenol 3 dosage. It depends on the amount of acetominophen in both pills. You cannot exceed 4,00 mg per day. A 10/325 Percocet- you can technically take them together. If you look at an Extra Strength Tylenol bottle, you can take 1,000 mg at a time. The Percocet alone is ok at 10 mg. Doctors can prescribe the Percocet alone although it is frowned upon. If you have ever been told that you have liver damage, call your doctor.

What Skeeter stated about the Acetaminophen/Tylenol is correct, you should not exceed 4,000mgs in a 24 hour period, and each dose of the regular release formulations should not exceed 1,000mgs per dose.

However, since both medications that you mentioned contain opiates, with The Tylenol 3 containing Codeine, and the Percocet containing Oxycodone, you should definitely check with your doctor, before combining them due to the risk of experiencing increased adverse side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, sedation, and lowered heart rate.
