I have a white oval pill with 4 slits on one side and the other side has R I80 on it. What could this pill be? ## Found pill ## NOT SURE ## This is Tizanidine 4mgs, a generic for Zanaflex, this is a muscle relaxant. Pill Image ## It is used to relax muscles, I was prescribed it for lower back spasms and my hip pain. It's non-narcotic. It's very mild.

I suspect my husband is insufflating pills. I found a bunch of small pills with E44 on one side and lines on the other side. Could he be making himself feel high off of these pills because they are in the same box as a broken credit card and a cut in half straw. ## Hello, Michelle! How are you? I can't say as to whether or not he's tried getting high from them, but these tablets won't do that. It is just a muscle relaxant and its common side effects usually include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Have you talked to him about it?

Ever since I started baclofan in lieu of tizanidine for muscle relaxzers, my libido has gone down. I am more depressed and my hands shake. Is this normal? I also take fentanyll for chronic pain..thank you for your support. fibro, chronic fatigue, injury in Achilles heal, meniscus sx, DDD, sciatica, need hip replacement rheumatoid arthritis. That would generally only be a concern if they were taken very close together, as in hours of each other, not days apart…..and Tizanidine is just muscle relaxant, so reducing the efficacy of it is not as big of a concern as if it were a heart medication, or other life-sustaining substance. You should double check this with your doctor or pharmacist to be safe, but most likely there's nothing that you need to worry about here. Is there anything else I can help with?
