I've been experiencing severe pain on the entire left side of my mouth, specifically intensifying around the bottom back tooth on the left side. I'm curious if anyone has tried using Tizanidine for managing tooth pain and would appreciate hearing about your experiences or any advice on this approach?

Tizanidine is in a class of medications called skeletal muscle relaxants and is used to treat the types of pain associated with strains, sprains and spasms. It works by slowing action in the brain and nervous system to allow the muscles to relax. That said, Tizanidine is not indicated for use in managing pain related to toothaches.
