Since I have been on this antidepressant/anxity med (or any antidepressants for that matter) I have been tired all the time. I am on 20mg. I have no desire to do anything and once I am home all I want to do is take naps. I have never been like this when I haven't taken anything. This is the only antidepressant that helps with my depression but I can't stand the way it makes me exhausted all the time!!

It could be that you need to try a lower dosage, there is a 10mg dose available. That way it may still help with your depression, without causing such fatigue.
The FDA lists its other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and weight changes.
How long have you been taking it?
