Tiny Yellow Round Pill With No Markings (thailand)

My girlfriend in Thailand has been taking these tiny yellow pills with no markings on them. She claims they are for sleep, but I can't be sure. She is also taking a blue pill (round) with a 5 on one side and the word GREATER on the other side. This pill is also said to be used for sleep. I've looked online, but can't find any information on them. If anyone has any experience as to what these could be, it would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I was not able to locate either of these pills on a the NIH pill identifier (U.S FDA website) nor was I able to find either of them on any trusted thailand websites. Unfortunately it is difficult to locate drugs from foreign countries that do not have the strict medicine regulations that we do here in the U.S.

For the unmarked yellow pills I strongly doubt that there is going to be any leads as there is nothing to really research other than them being yellow which pulls up hundreds of medicines. I will continue searching for the blue pill imprinted 5;GREATER but so far I haven't hit any leads. I wanted to ask if you have access to the packaging that the medicines came in and if so do you know what the manufacturer is? That would be a very strong lead for me to go off of.
