Is the marking possibly F 91?
If so, Aurobindo Pharma lists its as containing 4mgs of Ondansetron, which is most commonly used to treat, or prevent nausea, and vomiting.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
