i found a tiny round white pill with the number 57 on one side and a half moon with a number 1 on it just need to know what it is.

Based on my research, the pill in question could possibly be Losartan Potassium 25mg or 50mg; which is used to help treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions.

Losartan Potassium (25mg) is a small white round pill with the markings 572 on one side and what appears to be a half moon with the number 1 on the other side. The imprint on Losartan Potassium (50mg) is the same as the 25 mg variety except its marked with the numbers 573. Is it possible that part of the imprint could've been smudged off at some point?
