Tiny White Pill, Round With Curved Line On One Side
UpdatedThe pill is quite small and round. Less than 1/4" (0.5cm) across.
It is Blank on one side and on the other side is a ~ imprint that goes almost to the edges of the tablet.
Clean white colour.
URGENT!! I think my dog might have eaten one!

Unfortunately I'm having a hard time locating your pill based on the description you provided. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's anything more to it than what you stated.
If you do decide to have it checked out, please post back with whatever information they provide you with!
