Hi, I take kelnor. I've been on it for about 3 months now. I have never missed a pill. But I was wondering if I was am okay to not take the pill at the exact same time everyday. I take it before I go to sleep. I don't always go to sleep at the same time. Is this okay? It's within a couple hours. Should I start taking it at the exact same time? Or am I okay to continue taking it before I go to bed?

Hello, Emily! How are you?

There usually isn't a problem taking it within an hour or two of the previous time, unless your doctor has given some reason not to to do so.

The reason you're usually told to take it at the same time every day is to try to get you into the habit of taking it all the time, so you don't forget and miss any.

The gap also shouldn't be more than a few hours difference, so try not to space them too far apart.

Is there anything else I can help with?
