Is Vesicare timed release, I have 10mg pills I want to cut in half.

No, you cannot cut these tablets, the FDA does include a warning that they must be swallowed whole, not broken, chewed, cut or crushed.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and blurry vision.
