Tight Chest/head Pain

I have been taking riveroxaban for six months now following a DVT and a PE after I had surgery on my leg in January. I have a tight chest more so when lying down and also dizziness and pains in the left side of my head. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms? I have had chest X Ray's which come back clear but I'm struggling to be listened to and wonder if it is the medication as it started a few days after taking this medication. Thanks

Yes, there is a chance it might be due to the medication, according to NIH reports. It can also cause nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach pain.

Are you on any other medications, or is this the only one you take?

How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?
