Thyroxine Or Thyronorm 137.50 Mcg

Thyroxine or Thyronorm 137.50 Mcg tablets are not available in the market in India. Is any other tablet of 137.50 Mcg availabe? In absence of the requiered tablet what is the way to consume the dose of 137.50 using the available tablets of 25,50,100 mcg power?

My tsh level is 17.2., suffering from mild liver swelling, laziness and a mild headache. These symptoms are from 15 days ago while my thyroid problem has been around for 4 years as I've come to know after multiple tests. Which is the better medicine for me, tyrosine or thyronorm?
