Thyronorm Side Effects

I am taking thyronorm 75mcg for the past 3 months. We are planning for a baby. Will this affect my pregnancy?

Actually, it should help you. You'd have way more of a problem trying to conceive, if your Thyroid were left to continue being out of control, with its hormones, since they can affect the entire body.

Just make sure that your doctor knows you are trying to conceive and let them know if you do become pregnant, that way they can monitor your condition and your medication dosage.


Thyronorm contains the active ingredient Thyroxine.

Common side effects that you may experience can include: nausea, drowsiness, weight gain and hair loss.
