Thyronorm 25mcg Side Effects

Doc has recommended me Thyr 25 mcg. My TSH has been fluctuating from 26 to 13 to now 5 without medication. I have no symptoms though. I want to know abt possible side effects. Weight gain is because of underactive thyroid i guess, so why medicine would cause it?

i have problem in 2 years it can start(headack), last two two days i got fever headack is very high and neck pain also well come ,i can check the city scan but city scan no problem,in thyroid test also they have a (thyroid stimulation hormone=5.46 miu/l) have .

As per doctor suggestion morning 10 to 15 minutes before breakfast taking thyronorm 25mcg is ideal.

I m 25 year female. nd today i have tested for Thyroid. Result of report is TSH is 7.23..
Doctor suggest me to get Thyronorm 25mg. I know all medicine have effect. is there any natural way to reduce the same in normal range?
