Thyroid Level 6.8

i m 28 yrs old.I had visited the doc for disturbance in menstural cycle for the first time and have been prescribed to take thronorm 25 for 3 mnths.
I have been asked for testing of Thyroid nd s prolactin which resulted in TSH-6.8ulU/ml nd prolactin -43.9ng/ml.Can my tsh level be controlled and what does prolactin level depict.does it have any effect on getting pregnant.
