Thyroid Tsh High

I have a TSH value of 60. Is it dangerous? My T3 and T4 values are normal.

my daughter is 16 years old, her T3 & T4 are normal whereas TSH is 7.6, medication is needed or its in normal range? hairfall is there & her weight is also gaining little, plz advice
